Small group tours are great for solo travelers, couples, and friends who enjoy meeting others. You’ll join a scheduled departure, meet at a central meeting point, and explore with a friendly group.

Private tours are just for you and your group. They’re ideal for families, corporate groups, and anyone who wants full flexibility. Private tours include hotel pick up, more start time options, and extra attention to special requests and pacing.

We keep things personal. Our tours are capped at 12 guests so you can easily interact with your guide, ask questions, and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

Our tours are conducted in English by default. For private tours, other languages may be available on request, depending on guide availability.

Our tours run rain or shine. Krakow is beautiful in every season and most stops are indoors when it matters. Just dress for the forecast and bring an umbrella or rain jacket if needed.

Comfort is key. We recommend:

• Comfortable walking shoes
• Layers appropriate for the weather
• An umbrella or rain jacket (always a good idea in Krakow)
• A charged phone or camera for photos
• A refillable water bottle

Most tours work well for all ages. If you’re traveling with young kids, seniors who prefer a slower pace, or anyone who needs special attention, we highly recommend a private tour so we can tailor the timing and comfort to your group.

We can usually accommodate vegetarian preferences and some dietary needs if you tell us at the time of booking. Please note that our food tours are not suitable for strict vegan or gluten-free diets, as many traditional tastings are difficult to adapt.

Tipping is never expected, but it’s always appreciated. If you had a great time, a tip is a lovely way to say thanks. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we’d genuinely prefer your feedback so we can make it right.

You’ll receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. You’ll also receive a full refund or credit in case we need to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No shows are charged the full price. To cancel or ask about changes, please contact us by phone.

Each tour page shows the exact meeting point and end point, plus practical directions. At the end of the tour, your guide will help you to find your way back. For private tours, we offer hotel pick up and drop off.

Small group tours can be booked up to 1 hour before start, but they can sell out in peak season, so we recommend booking early. Private tours are best booked in advance, especially if you have specific timing or language requests.
